Mandarin collar chinoiserie dress

Believe this is 90s. I’m so sad this doesn’t fit me in the hips. As you can see in the last photo the zipper bows out at bottom I think this would go away on a body it fits. Clubs also be ironed but I do t own one… Measurements laid flat 34 long 18.5 bust 15.5 waist 19.5 hip
