Unlike conventional coated technologies, Equa-Tek™ spill-repellent technology is woven into the fibers of the fabric thus maintaining the natural feel & breathability of each garment and protects you against whatever Life (or your Patient) throws at You. The more Stitches Per Inch (SPI), the greater the seam strength which leads to a more durable product. We feel other scrub brand avoid doing this as it lowers production speed and increases labor cost - but for us it just felt natural.
