is that a scuff on the side of the 'foot's area of the one boot? any other wear Marks/scuffs? also, can you tell me the circumference of the top of the boot? I usually need a 'wide'. Thank you!!

@lisahansen3333 pretty true to size. Some are a half size bigger. I am not. 17.5" shaft height. 14" shaft circumference. 1.25" heel.
