gryn Post office does some strange things at times. Sounds like they tried to deliver it on the 19th. For some reason or another, they couldn't and it's now held at the post office. I had this happen to me just last week. They told me my mailbox was obstructed...! Which it wasn't. Just didn't want you to think that I didn't ship it. ;)
