tagyoo Hello, I just wanted you to know that I have reached out to poshmark customer service regarding the mask delivery. I have been following USPS delivery tracking but no updates. This never happen to me before. I am not sure what kind of help I can get from poshmark, but I have been writing to them daily in last 4 days about this delay. I am so sorry the delay

Trust me when I say that I understand how you feel as a seller because I am going through the exact situation with a sale of mine. It’s been more than 2 weeks and it’s still in transit to my buyer and I feel awful about it. On top of covid this weather situation has not helped so all we can do is be patient.
