hi - Some measurement requests, please: with the dress laying flat, what's the pit-to-pit, total length shoulder to bottom hem, and at the waist line/band where the top meets the skirt. Also are there built-in bra cups and is the length of the halter strap adjustable?Have there been any alterations made to the dress? thank you!
