I have had this item for a few years. The fabric is 90% wool + 10% cashmere, as the label suggested. The item is in good condition with normal tear and wear (some scratches on the button and inside pocket). The coat is good for conditions as low as 30F. I love this coat, but I also decide I want to try sth different and willing to let it go.
