Brand new with tags! This would make the perfect birthday, New Year’s Eve, or special occasion dress. The fabric is lightweight but luxurious, and the silver on black design makes it stand out from across the room. This dress didn’t fit me right, but it’s absolutely gorgeous and deserves to be worn!
