Maje Bow Jacquard mini skirt Size 36/4/Small New w/ tags

I ordered this cute Maje skirt from Bloomingdale’s but it’s just a tad tighter than I would like, so I will need to go up a size. I missed the return/exchange period so I’m looking to sell it here. It’s new and hasn’t been worn besides to try on (picture included). Tags are attached, including a spare button. The material is thick and good quality. Size is European 36 which is a US size small or 4. For reference, my waist is 25 inches and my hips are 37.5. This fits tight on my hips and would be better for someone with 36 inch hips or less.
