New with tags, but I only have one of the removeable straps. Brown strapless suit has padding and mesh lining in front for shaping. There is a silicone plastic around the top to keep it from sliding down. There is gathering down both sides in front. When flat, measures 21 inches across, about 24 inches from center front to bottom.
