Sheer black striped and sequined, faux-embroidered over solid liner. Deep V wrap-neckline detail, wide flat waistband, flared skirt. Side zip closure topped with a hook & eye fastener. ** It’s a little hard to pull in the middle of the zipper sometimes, but it is fully functional and I’m able to get it on and off my dress form using it. Please refer to photos for details. Laying flat and zipped closed, measures across approximately: 15.5” at the bust, 13” at the the waist, 23+” at the hips, 37” from top of shoulder to bottom of hem.
