Maggy London London Times Blue White Work Dress 12

This is an adorable London Times brand dress from Maggy London, size 12. Looks like a ruffle-front blouse and high-waisted skirt but is a one-piece dress. Some discoloration on the back and ruffles aren’t perfectly flat - see photos. I can’t discern any discoloration under the arms but have included photos just in case. 39” from shoulder to hem and 16” across widest part of waist when laid flat. Stretchy and comfortable, but very polished. Make me an offer!
