Magenta boutique party dress for toddlers size 3T? See measurements

It’s too hard to show how pretty this dress is in photos! A bright pink party dress purchased and never worn. Does have tags but doesn’t include size so measurements are below. Larger than a 2T so I guessed 3T but could be 4T? Shoulder to shoulder - 9” Arm opening - 6.5” Waist - 12” Length - 30” Embroidered detailing in the top with jewel accents, and plenty of fun shiny ruffles for spinning and dancing and just having fun in! My loss your gain; we never got this one on before she got too big and it’s a real one of a kind beauty! Never worn.
