Super strong magnet that attaches to a plate on your shoe to gives you the similar security as clipping in. Double sided- one side is the mag pedal and the other is a standard pin-flat pedal. Used for a while but got a new pedal system that I am trying. Knicks on right pedal (installed the plate wrong). Installs on standard 2 hole bike shoe.
