This is a Maeve-Anthropologie-Navy and White Striped Tunic that is a size Small. It is Hi-Lo. It is 60% Cotton and 40% Polyester. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-18.5" and the length is 23-25.5". It has some piling from wear and a tiny hole that I would just sew up.It is very thin and soft.
