Madonna christining gown vintage

Beautiful little four piece set. It is the slip, the gown, a jacket that totally matches the length of the gown in the slip and a little bonnet. The issue is there is a stain on the jacket, baby food? I’m not sure I did not try to clean it. This was picked upat a vintage estate sale.
