Madison James red prom dress

purchased this beautiful dress at a wedding gown shop for $500 a few years ago. It sadly no longer fits me. I've always been very attached to this dress but I realized recently that I will probably never wear it again as it doesn't fit me any longer. It does have one missing clasp on the neckline. I had to have it altered to fit my short legs. So its not the original length. I am 5'6" for reference. And weighed approximately 115 at the time. It would still fit if my lats were smaller (a) I have only worn it twice. I would be very happy if someone could get some use out of it.
