kb1921 @marifolsom I do not have any photos of the boot in natural light. I did take that picture with and without flash to give an idea of the actual color of the boot. I believe the picture you sent is a different color then the ones I have. These definitely have a tan/olive tone to them. The stock photos I included are of the deep marsh color though.

kb1921 @marifolsom now that I'm looking at them I think they are the same as the ones from the picture you sent... I can take a photo in natural light tomorrow and I'll post it on eBay. It's been raining a lot where I live but hopefully I can get a shot that will give you a better idea of the color. I am sorry for the confusion.

kb1921 @marifolsom hey I just posted some additional pictures to eBay. Unfortunately it is still overcast and Rainey but I still used the natural light to give you an idea of the color. kb1921 @marifolsom yes it's kind of a hard color to describe. I think maybe it's supposed to be like a dark khaki that has an olive tone. They are definitely more brown then the golden spinach boots were

kb1921 @ Its fine. I understand you want to know what you are getting into. I think it is the same color as one the ones I have. But, the caption on those shoes say moss...I am not sure if that was a color they did before or if that is just a color that a person is using to describe it. Have you tried searching madewell billie boot in deep marsh to get a better idea of the color in different lighting?

kb1921 @marifolsom the shoes are brand new in box and are labeled deep marsh so that is in fact the color if that is the one you are looking for. I am not assuming it is deep marsh.

marifolsom I understand that the ones you have are deep marsh, but I'm just not really sure what deep marsh looks like! And yeah I tried googling some photos but there aren't that many they all seem to look different

kb1921 @marifolsom Understandable. I think they just photograph differently because of the color. For example the stock photos I have are in deep marsh and I was definitely surprised when I got them how they were darker. But studio lighting definitely can affect that. Well they are on ebay if you decide you are interested. Let me know if you have any other questions.

kb1921 @daisymay5982 i am sorry for the late response. they are kind of hard to photpgraph. i took the picture with and without flash to try to capture the true color and additional pictures in natural light. the color is called deep marsh so i think it considered to kind of be a khaki/taupe shade but i do think it can sometimes pull a green/brown color. All pictures i have used including the stock photos are of deep marsh.
