What is fabric content ? Also has it been washed and dried before?

@amycabral11 Correction, it's a hidden button, not a snap. It has elastic band in front at waist then longer in the back. It's cotton but not sure what else. It has been prewashed but hung to dry. Hope that helps. Thanks!
