What does the waist measure flat, and how many inches is the inseam?

Are these as bright as they are in the picture? Or are they more of a mustard yellow?

@lizzohagan The color is really hard to capture - it isn't as bright as the model photo, but it is slightly lighter than a mustard I would say. It is much closer to the photos that I took than the brightness of the model photo.
