Madewell Starland Bell-Sleeve Dress in Bandana Floral. A pop-on silk smock dress with a notched neckline and fluttery bell sleeves. Particularly cool in a bandana-inspired border print. Falls 35 3/4" from highest point of bodice. Silk. Lined. Dry clean.

@gagirl2010 hi there :) the bust measurement is about 20 inches and the widest part is towards the bottom of the dress at 22 inches across. It’s a pretty narrow dress. I’m a little curvier on the bottom which is why I had to buy a medium after this one didn’t fit. Hope that helps!
