Hi! Can you please provide the flat lay waist measurement? Also is there a zipper on this skirt or is it an adjustable tie at the waist? Any stretch to the waist band?

@kyrajayne Hi there! It measures 17” across at the waist. There is a zipper that goes halfway down the back, so easy to get into and out of. No elasticity, but a soft ribbed waist so it’s not rigid either.
