Lightweight, textured smocked peplum tank from Madewell's Texture and Thread line. Stitching is rainbow and fabric is cream colored.
I only wore this 2/3 times. It''s an adorable top but runs small. This would fit better on a smaller bust. For reference I'm a D cup. It fit okay, just would have fit a lot better on a smaller cup.
