Madewell Lorimer Cow Leather Backpack

100% cow leather backpack. This is a substantial and sturdy piece, but it is prone to surface scratches as you can probably tell. Before photographing this, I gave it a once-over with Bick 4 to condition the leather. I did not attempt to use a leather balm on any of the scratches, and I’m not sure if doing so would remove them or reduce their visibility. New with tags attached inside, though it does have some minor discoloration and a bit of white residue inside the bag — see photos. I’m not sure the history of this bag; I bought it as is. I’m guessing it was used briefly but the tags were never removed.
