Swingy and full, this midi skirt has a double drawstring at the waist and pockets! Embroidery shows bottles, drinks, chili peppers, stars, and dolphins. Skirt and liner are 100% cotton, embroidery is polyester. Excellent used condition, embroidery has no damage or pulls and the dress is bright/crisp white. There is one loose thread on the back of the skirt (see zoomed in photo near the dolphin) just at the waistband hem. From a smoke-free and pet-free home.
