sprucedvermont @kerrygray Hi Kerry, I want to start off by apologizing, my sister just had her second baby and while it should be a happy time, there are an unfortunate amount of family disturbances and not fantastic things going on that has not put me into the best mental place which have even caused relatively severe physical affects. And after 7 years of building this business all of the work I've put in to make this successful, the success, like the universe, decided to throw it all me at the "best time"

sprucedvermont @kerrygray Poshmark decided to create this fantastic system of the second an order is canceled it is reposted, which I understand makes customers feel like they have been screwed over of the second the order is canceled, then suddenly the item is back up for sale

sprucedvermont @kerrygray I have tried to go about presenting my business as bigger and more professional than just one 23 year old who started this all in a one bedroom apartment, and as thankfully it has grown, all of the work it was suddenly overnight a whole different level of orders (which I am obviously so thankful for) but it did hit at a time I wasn't quite ready for as I am still just one person. This package is actually packed up ready to go and even labeled, but life got in the way in that time

sprucedvermont @kerrygray I completely understand and again hugely apologize, though thankfully am feeling much better, I still understand the sudden growth in my business, I need to relook at everything and will most likely be putting my closet on vacation mode after getting the last couple orders I need to get out shipped so I can make sure things like this aren't happening
