Made in Italy, plaid, metallic turtleneck, cape, or poncho

too much fun we start with a heathered knit turtleneck. I can’t read this fabric. I’m going to get an acrylic of some sort because I can’t read Italian. It has a black and the color, gold and metallic gold Lorax thread running through it. Really a one size fits most except that I think it’s best suited to a small or medium.I’m an extra large and it only comes to my elbows at the arms, although the front is long enough.
