Made in Italy: baby blue ruffled peasant blouse

the most beautiful baby blue ruffled babydoll peasant blouse! made in italy!! this top is so beyond lovely, and light and easy to throw on. it's giving cottage core bohemian coastal granddaughter. i love the ruffle and lace detailing across the bodice and sleeves. i've gone back and forth about listing this, but i just never reach for it--and she deserves to be worn! no size marked, but would fit S or M well. ask for measurements!
