This vintage women's dress features a stylish colorblock green top and a classic black bottom, giving the illusion of a 2 piece top and skirt set. Chunky buttons down the front of the 'skirt'. Long Dolman sleeves. another classic from the 80's. Elastic waist. Casual, comfortable, soft, stretchy like jersey knit but thicker. Great for travel, work, every day. No belt loops but it would look great with an 80's chunky belt. There is no shoulder seam, so I took measurements from the outer end of each shoulder pad and it is 18". Waist is 28 5".
