Beautiful hand painted and signed plated from Italy . Floral design and faint circular indentation makes me believe it is a saucer. Looks lovely in the included gold stand. No further information other than the handwritten "Italy" on the back. Would look lovely wherever it was displayed. Small chip on edge in as seen in last pic.
