Madame Alexander Doll - Purple Sparkle Fairy - # 35580 - MIB Her Dragonfly wings are still wrapped in their original packaging, as you can see in the pictures. This little Madame Alexander Sparkle Fairy has blonde hair and green sleepy eyes with gold fairy shoes. Her hair is still in the net and you can see the white ribbon ties that keep her in her box. She is all original with her wrist tag and original box and hasn't ever been out of her box or displayed. Pink tissue paper isn't in perfect shape.
