Macy's Star Tote- Large & Waterproof Material

Vintage Macy's Star Tote Nice sturdy large tote - Measures approximately 16 x 12 x 4, Handles measure about 12 inches I am not sure what material this tote is made of, but it feels almost like rubber. I suspect it is waterproof. Even with that it is still a nice soft material. In good used condition. I don't remember ever using this tote. It has hung in my closet for at least 20 years. I kept it because it felt waterproof and perfect for a beach trip. But I took up scuba diving 10 years ago, so I have all kinds of waterproof bags now. Time to pass it on to someone that will use it.
