This was a gift I know it's not Sterling Silver I know the stones are not real Brand new condition, it's been in the box, except for taking pics My wrist is 6 1/4" - 6 1/2" and fits great It measures 8" when open I would say it will fit up to 7" comfortably, possibly up to 7 1/2", but I can't guarantee that. There are no scratches or missing stones. It's exactly as it was the day I received it. Smoke-free home
