My shoulders are a 17” width. Is there room to let out the shoulders a bit?

@sapnapsharma13 I'm not sure. I'm looking at it and just don't know enough about sewing to tell. I can tell you that I've lost and gained weight and it's fit me fine sizes 6-10 in the shoulders.
