MacKenzie Childs Harlequin Courtly Check Tote Bag Knob & Pom Pom Tassel RARE

There are some darker woven spots in the materials, very minor fraying on the ribbon, slight mark on tassel and bow. Bosom buddy bag Crafted from a natural woven material This is a hard to find vintage MacKenzie-Childs creation incorporating two of the company's famous designs. The tote is made from hand-woven rattan. A black fabric lines the inside and extends upward to allow pull cords to cinch it tight at the top. Horizontally festooned around the midsection is a ribbon in the black and white Courtly Harlequin pattern set over a wavy black background. A large button in the Courtly Check pattern sets in the center of a ruffled black ribbon. A brass colored logo plate tops the rear side of the purse. Features leather handles, a rattan body and is accented with Courtly Harlequin fabric ribbon, Courtly Check knob and a Pom Pom tassel. It is lined in a black material and has a the brass name plate on the back. Approximate measurements: 12” x 9” x 4” strap drop 13”
