Mac Duggal 49718 Size 12 Green Long Bishop Sleeve High Neck Pleated Midi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tentoday. Loved it, but I didn’t end up wearing it for my event because the length didn’t look right on me. The item is new with tags, but the elastic that holds the sleeves buttoned at the wrist has detached at one spot on both sleeves. The elastic for the other buttons on each sleeve are good though.
