Do you know if this can be used to cover small tattoos?

@eva_marie2 This is actually one of the few of their foundations that can be used to cover tattoos I would say that are small in size. Also, you would have to put on a couple of layers for it to fully be covered, or at least 2 layers with a setting powder.
