corawalker104 @vcmassoni technically, it's in their powder, kiss line. However, it is a little bit more matte, with the almost more sheen of a finish than a regular mat that not too much

corawalker104 @vcmassoni you're more than welcome technically, it's not part of their matte line and they have a matte line. However, it is still a matte.It just has more of a powder finish if that makes sense

vcmassoni @corawalker104 A powder finish sounds 2 me, like it would b more of an ultra look of matte. Yrs ago, I used 2 use my fav red & then powder over my lips w a rich red eyeshadow. It was the 80s. What can I say. I was always a matte user long b 4 it be came a fad again, & when it did, I was in heaven. I love the old vintage glamour. So what do think about what I described. Is it a finish look something like that? A step above regular matte, or below? Id like 2 explore other colors. 😊 Victoria

I had started helping out working in a salon at 15 watching all the women, and worshiped the women from the 70s makeup counters and the dramatic exquisite flawless beauty back when the counters wanted the woman gorgeous like super models.
