peruviangirl Wowww....that's just messed up.....I loved ALL of my items, especially my ruby woo lol..and everything was nicely bubbled wrapped, so that says a LOT of positive things about you as a seller....some people are just never happy with anything they get....just sucks that she is bringing down your ratings when you are clearly a 5star posher 😔😔

glokay @obas I have purchased from you numerous of times... and very big bundles! I have NEVER had an issue with your products being authentic or "bad quality". This is simply one SOUR APPLE and you cant always make everyone happy. I really doubt that this would have any effect on your sales Ofelia, you have millions of happy customers. nat650 @obas - Ofelia, you've never ever disappointment me with the huge bundles of M•A•C make-up that I've purchased from you over the last couple of months. All of your items are 100% authentic, so I'm not certain as to why the buyer would said the quality is poor. The customer feedback seems a little odd as well. Why indicate that your shipping time was long and all this other crap and then release funds without disputing the order!? Makes no damn sense to me. As I previously referenced, some peeps will try anything to break you down and upset you. Keep doing your thing GIRL! I'm a loyal customer and the chicks above are as well. Happy New Year! 😍😉☺️ I'll be purchasing my items ASAP. Just recovering from all the spending I did over the holidays. LoL love ya Natalie

I was really disappointed for this comment especially when she said that I have zoomed the picture and the quality was cheaper. All those products comes in a standard size, I don't really know what she is talking about. I have asked her to return the products back to me, but not response from her.

nat650 @obas - You're welcome! I honestly wouldn't even let her measly ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars bother you. The buyer obviously had intentions to keep the products if she proceed to release the funds to you. Anyone who is unhappy with a purchase or feels that it was misrepresented in the posting would dispute the transaction. I personally know how it feels to receive a below 5 star rating. I had an LV purse strap which was clearly labeled as being 100% authentic in the posting title and description. The buyer continued to ask if the strap was authentic and when/where it was purchased after she already purchased it and had it in her possession. Feedback from the sale was that my responsiveness needed to be adjusted. I was to quick to jump the gun and not answer her questions. 🙍🙉😼😬😖

letf8b Let me guess, she didn't have any listings either??? Those are the worst. I no longer sell to people with no listings because they give horrible ratings and when you tell them to just return the item instead of accepting you get no response. I strongly agree if you are unhappy purchasing from me I will gladly accept a return. Sorry this happened to you and I feels for you. The one I had gave me 3 stars because the top didn't fit like she thought it would 😡

bdubby She should be complaining to MAC instead of you! You don't make the product you just distribute with amazing prices. If you hasn't purchased MAC items before she should go to the store to test them. I hate buyers like this! Thank god one persons opinion is pointless on this site :)

mar825 Customers just dont understand the rating system lol. Her rating is based on her opinion & not fair to u. I got rated badly once cause sunglasses were to big for her face lol really??? None of that is in our control. Dont worry about it girl!
