This elegant MSK surplice V-neck style 3/4 sleeve blouse is so stunning with its shimmery sequins; it is sure to turn heads. The stretchy fabric is made of 96% polyester, 4% spandex and is very comfortable. The blouse comes with shoulder pads which is a flattering trend now (they can be removed easily). Measurements are armpit to armpit 18”, waist 14.5” and length 22”. Please note I removed the size tag because it was a little bothersome to wear.
