This is a MSK Black Rhinestone Cape Off the Shoulder Jumpsuit that is a size Small. It has wide legs. It is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-16" and the inseam is 32". Beautiful jumpsuit for the evening. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
