Fabric is seamed well, but edge is kept intentionally raw. Fabric is unlined and about 3mm thick - almost like a neoprene but feels like suiting crepe. Feminine edgy vibe. Label size 44 IT, which corresponds to an 8. The fit is pretty true to size. I am a 6 and this sits lower on the hip than I'd like and I have some room in the thigh area. (I am 5'6 140 lbs).
