The filling is made of 80% down, 20% feathers, and it is still full, with lots of fluff that is sure to keep you warm! The outer shell is 100% polyester, a soft, shiny material. Still in great shape! This vest does have a little bit of stretch to it, so measurements may be a little off, but I tried my best! It features a front zip closure that is about 23.5" long.
