The plumber provided me with everything I photographed. I am not a plumber and know very little about the installation. I noticed while taking photos there are 3 metal curved pieces and two look bent compared to the third and one looks excessively curved. It does not seem like that is normal, bit not sure and if not it can probably be bent into position with the right tool and probable has no affect on the finished product, but not sure. Worked well, quiet strong motor and replaced with the same model. I have two of these installed in my kitchen. Not sure if all the original parts are shown in the photo. The buyer will have to determine. I packaged everything back in the original box and shipping box.
