MOD PRINT MINI DRESS

This dress with an empire waist & plunging neckline is super sexy on. It is a size XS but will also fit a SML as it has a "working drawstring" in the front. I have a few & love them. It can also be worn as a tunic over cropped leggings with a tank underneath or even as a bathing suit cover up....you decide.
