MNG Basics Cap Sleeve Dress

Perfect for an office setting! Dress is navy blue with yellow and white details. Its essentially sleeveless but has a very small cap sleeve. Metal closure on the top back opens to pull dress on. This dress has no stretch to it and pulls on over the head so please pay close attention to the measurements. 21 inches from armpit to armpit; 21 inches wide; 35 inches long from top of shoulder; cap sleeve is 2.5 inches long. This dress can fit a woman who is a small (will be roomy) or a woman who is a medium (will be more fitted but not tight). A nice thing about this dress is it does not wrinkle!!
