MMA Chinese Dragon Brooch & Pendant, Modern Museum of Art, • Vintage from the 1970s • Length: 1 1/2 Inches; Width: 2 3/4 Inches • Materials: Brass The Modern Museum of Art (MMA) created replicas of famous artwork and this is a brooch pendant combination piece of a Chinese Dragon. When worn as a pendant, the dragon is tall and there is a large bail on the back at the top so you can wear it on a thicker chain. If worn as a brooch, you can wear in either direction, tall or wide. The dragon is stamped on the back with the initials MMA. The design was inspired by one of the Museum's acquisitions and is part of a family of popular dragon designs.
