In great condition but does show some signs of fading in the leather color on the bottom a little and the top maybe? I will use some conditioner on it and see if it helps at all. It's very hard to see and only if looking at it a certain angle up close, still a very great bag and in good condition. It could just need to be cleaned and given some TLC.
