This is a GORGEOUS, classy, and rich velvet set in a haunting deep maroon color. The lines are clean and simple…simply timeless. The jacket is a cropped open front bolero style with slightly puffed sleeves at the shoulders. It has lining, shoulder pads, and decorative buttons on the cuff. The skirt is an A-line Midi…ending up around mid calf. It is lined and has a tiered design at the bottom. It is also pleated. This set is tagged as a size 3. I’m listing it as an XS because I feel the waist measurements are going to dictate who will be able to fit into this.
