taxi34 Is this sweatshirt fabric. What is hip measurement and is it new. If not - any piling?

bombbrunette79 @taxi34 Thanks for stopping by my closet! This jacket does feel like a sweatshirt and is soft on the inside. This is preowned but looks like new with no pilling. The hip measurement is about 23 inches when measured flat. Hope this helps :)
